Job Title: RPA Platform Administrator UiPath & WorkFusion

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RPA Platform Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms built on UiPath and WorkFusion . The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, security, monitoring, bot lifecycle management, and ensuring high availability across Development, UAT/PAT, and Production environments within a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support UiPath and WorkFusion RPA platforms across Development, UAT/PAT, and Production environments.

• Manage UiPath Orchestrator , including robots, assets, queues, triggers, schedules, environments, and tenant configurations.

• Administer WorkFusion Control Tower and provide platform support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain attended and unattended bots.

• Configure bot scheduling, workload balancing, queue management, and automation execution.

• Manage platform upgrades, patches, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.

• Implement and maintain platform security, user access, role-based access control (RBAC), and credential management.

• Integrate RPA platforms with Active Directory (AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), CyberArk, and Azure Key Vault .

• Monitor platform health, bot execution, and infrastructure using enterprise observability tools.

• Troubleshoot platform incidents, bot failures, and infrastructure issues while ensuring timely resolution.

• Collaborate with Automation Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams to support automation initiatives.

• Support change management, release management, incident management, and production deployments following ITIL best practices.

• Maintain platform documentation, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on UiPath and/or WorkFusion Platform Administration .

• Strong experience with:

  • UiPath Orchestrator Administration

  • Attended & Unattended Robot Management

  • Assets, Queues, Triggers, Scheduling, and Automation Monitoring

• Experience administering WorkFusion Control Tower and supporting Intelligent Automation platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.

• Experience integrating with:

  • Active Directory (AD)

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • CyberArk

  • Azure Key Vault

• Experience supporting enterprise-grade RPA platforms in BFSI or other highly regulated environments.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools:

  • Dynatrace

  • Splunk

  • AppDynamics

  • Grafana

• Strong understanding of:

  • ITIL Framework

  • Incident Management

  • Problem Management

  • Change Management

  • Release Management

• Experience with enterprise platform support, troubleshooting, and production operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing highly available, scalable RPA infrastructure.

• Knowledge of automation governance, security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP)

• UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification

• WorkFusion RPA Certification

• ITIL Foundation Certification

• Microsoft Azure Certification (Preferred)

• Microsoft Windows Server Administration Certification (Nice to Have)
