Role highlights

• Operate and fine-tune sheetfed offset presses to meet quality and output goals
• Manage make-ready, color management, registration, and press-side adjustments
• Audit print quality continuously and correct issues immediately
• Execute jobs per ticket details and meet schedule commitments
• Handle basic preventive maintenance to maximize uptime
• Identify and escalate quality concerns to minimize waste
• Keep the press area organized and safe

Qualifications

• 5+ years of offset press operation
• Experience on Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA platforms strongly preferred
• Knowledge of various substrates and calipers
• Expertise in color matching and print quality standards
• Ability to interpret job tickets, measurements, and production documentation
• Collaborative, detail-focused, and safety-conscious
