This role offers a $3,500 monthly base plus a tiered commission (3%, 5%, 7%), with strong performers earning six figures. All work-related travel is covered, including flights, lodging, rental cars, and fuel. You'll work 6 days per week visiting different locations and learning from each team.
As a Travel Sales Manager, you'll guide clients through our spa services, recommend packages and upgrades, and consistently hit performance goals. You'll adapt to new locations quickly, track your results, and implement strategies that drive revenue.
